This getts irritating

Yesterday I finished up my dual battery set up. Very simple two red tops with a isolator to keep them seperated. The only thing on the truck that will be getting both batts is the 24v winch. After i got all the wireing done it will not start. It will try to turn over and the gauge says it has all the juice it needs but it wont start. I think the fuel pump is not coming on, I also noticed that the headlights dont come on, but the turn signals and a few other things still work. So what will cause only some of the stuff to work????

Sounds like fuseable link or fuse. Not sure how but is there a way to check and see if isolator is working?

Sapper, I'm having the exact same problem. Gonna get on it tomorrow. I'll PM ya when I find the problem, would appreciate if you do the same if you figure it out first.

Throttle Boss, Yep TMO is coming tues, weds, thurs, and we are pulling out of here friday afternoon. I have meant to PM you but just busy getting rready to pack, sell the house, yadda, yadda, yadda. We will be pulling the K5 and plan on stopping at Uhwarrie for some wheeling, mayby hit Tellico agian since the wife wants to do some looking in Tennessee. After that we have a couple theme parks to take the kids to, and the northern rim of the Grand Canyon. Should be in Pendleton the first week of September.
