I was leaving a customers site the other day and saw some old guy pulling in with
his "tow rig" he said he goes all the time and it cheaper then his truck...

:) free entertainment

lol it looks like his rear springs might break
if he had a 3 inch drop in the front it would be a nice low rider

he was in kakis, a pink polo shirt and those sun glasses that go around your whole face :)

A guy in Oceanside CA used to tow his big ol sailboat with a big caddy like that. Shocked the hell out of me when I saw it.

Well according to my girlfriend's mom it used to be all the rage to tow 2 horse bumper pull horse trailers with Caddi's back in the 70s.

but back in the 70's Caddys had a real (actual) frame under them too

They might as well made the caddy's and station wagons on shortbed frames. I still have visions of a cummins in a caddy ambulance.

when i was growing up you saw caddies and lincolns with horse trailers all day long...

however that guy with the boat is a douchebag...
