Just yesterday i went looking for a distrubitor cap and coil for my 82 blazer. I came across a guy who had a 69 chevy pickup in his yard. I asked him about it to see about distributor. He sold me a coil, cap, and a rotor for 5 bucks. And he said that 2 years ago that his 69 just stopped running so he bought this distributor combination and didnt fix it. He offered me the truck for free. I found out what it was the ground piece on the coil was missing i put on the truck and now it runs like a dream. Just another "bomber" truck to add to my collection.
