The handoff is complete.

Working on details in the background but the LLC is established. The application for the permit with the county will be submitted by this weekend. The new process has the deadline for applications moved up to the first Monday in January. So I plan on having it well in advance.

Continuing with the baby steps. Wade and Mark are filling in the gaps where I have questions too.

Thanks again to both Wade and Mark for their stint as the ringleaders.
