So hopefully we will all have out trucks running this summer (after 2 years(knock on wood)) Definately going to make a trip to Las Cruses:D

nicce i like the work on the 86ish w/ the dovetailing front and rear, its not a ton, but just enough to notice a difference.

Both very nice k5's. I really like the 86. Does the halfcab conversion come off or is it permanent?

man they look good . I don't mean to hijack but do you think I could get some pics of your cage?? I live near Alamogordo I'd like to Wheel with guys some time If you wouldn't mind I'm building a new rig right now so I'd have to just watch/ride

It bolts right where the factory top bolts onto the top and it kinda hang on the bottom, but surprisingly it dosn't rattle a bit.

yes to both of the ?'s--I'll have to cruise over to my buddies to get pics of the cage. I helped mim build the origional cage for the complete bed and 3 months later he dove'd it--he actually used all teh existing tubing from the origional and only had to bend 2 tubes.

as soon as my truck is running we are planning a trip to Cruses so it wouldn't be too far of a drive--we are for sure running Broad Canyon and mabye a couple in the Chile canyons. I don't know how many truck are going with us, but we could definately handle a couple more people. Ill let you know when we figure everything out.

Dan

nice job with the 86.

i had to look really hard a couple times just to make sure i wasnt seeing things. then i noticed the seams in the front bumper. looks almost stock. :waytogo:

nice mild taper in the front! I like it. man I am fighting the urge to taper my rig.

Danny,

Good to see you post, the Panics rig looks good from when we saw it last time. Very cool. Tell him Joey and I said hi.

We still want to get together, but Springers is still working on Dwayne's jeep, and until we get it finished, we are going to save our wheeling for NM. Dude it totally sucked not wheeling with you guys this year, but the next time, we are going to stay for a while. Wait until you see Dwaynes jeep when it's done.

I see you scored a tow rig also, very cool, can't wait to see some pictures. Post them as soon as you get a chance.

Say hi to everyone from the Arizona group!

Rob

Add me to the notice list when you guys plan Cruces trips. Most of our crew made it down there for Chilie Challenge and I am always up for another group run.
