While doing a rebuild welding slag landed on both front windows, please don't ask how...

Anyway both windows broke as a result.

When it came to putting the new windows in, including new window guides, I was unsure which window "sash" ?? went on which side.

Now I am having problems getting the windows to go up and down easily. I tried using silicon spray on the new felt but that does not help.

Now this truck has not run, as in used in over 5 years. I don't remember how the windows worked.

My son says that the windows are supposed to ride up and down on the back side of the door.

The windows are now riding on the front side of the door as you can see from the attached Pictures....

Are the windows riding correctly now or as my son says they should be touching the back of the door all the time ?

Help...

They ride on the front, they pull away from the rear side when rolled down. I've tinted too many of these, they're,,, " fun " :D

They are correct now.

Thank you !

I appreciate the response. Ok they are in the right place now I just have to figure out why they wont fully open or close.

Thanks.
