where did you get the o rings(im new to working on the tranny stuff) how would i know if i got ones like you did to make it work right etc. thanx

I'll see if I can get the o-rings number tonight. I'm talking about on the end of the shifter (removed from the transmission). Drive out the spring pin in the end, and separate the two pieces. You will see two o-ring grooves. Mine were in several pieces. Once you get the new o-rings, just lube them up with some grease, and reassemble. (It should be a tight fit, I had to tap mine in with a deadblow.

I'll take a few pictures if I can get to it tonight.
