comfortilt only available when MM4 4 speed manual or MX1 automatic transmission is specified

welp guess i wil be swapping truck to th350 in the future so i can go to 84-87 tilt column, i already have a trans, now to find another column, hmmm...

oh wait, what the hell am i thinking, i dont need an auto column to go from three to auto, duh,
everything i need is already on the truck, just need to remove the other rod, linkage and all is identical since its an 84
