i think its a matter of opinionn some ppl love em, others not so much, i just put one on my truck, didnt notice a difference, it was the kind with the open middle from cfm, i also put on the procharger bowl and the injector spacer, ya i wont be doing that again. but others say they can feel the difference

I noticed a difference but I have tried an expensive one and a cheap 15 dollar one. no difference was noticeable for me. Go cheap from ebay!

the only difference that i feel on my power aid spacer is better low end response, one thing to look out for though is to make sure that your transmission if its a 700r4 that the tv cable is properly adjusted
I noticed a difference in the mid-range. turbo city is whom I went with. I used the 1/2" spacer and the injector spacer. Don't look for huge improvements in performance for something that costs under $100.
