Update and thanks for thoughts/ideas... with warm weather we saw no issue with the pedal sticking, or any type of throttle hold. We did have the high idle rod dropping below the small throttle surface (when accelerator is engaged allot) it rides on, and sticking underneath causing the engine to rev high. We backed out the rod (lowered idle) to a position that no longer occurs. Also removed the green wire to hopefully limit a thermostat/high idle glitch when outside temp cools back off. Engine is idling and running smoothly. Seems almost to good to be true.
