I just installed a new engine that has a edelbrock carb on it.
The first problem is My Throttle cable is way to long. What can I do to take some of the slack out? Plus my tranny kick down cable is a snap on. I need to change that to a bolt.
Thanks
Adam

There was somebody on here not to long ago that said they coiled theirs up and zip tied it.. It was also mentioned that a cable out of a Caprice or Camaro would fit certain years of trucks and be exact fit..

Here is a link :D

Think a good parts store will have a ball stud to install on your new carb, then tranny cable will work. Have you tried loosening the clamp that holds the throttle cable and moving the cable back???
