bulletproofsteering.com sells the strongest ones. I've seen and picked up the rock tough one for a dana 60, its freaking heavy!!!

Beefy tierods are heavy. Mine is .375 wall. It probably weighs 40-50lbs. Mine was made by 4x4 Iron which is no longer around. It is 1.25" .250 wall DOM sleeved with 1.5" .120 wall tube. I have beat the heck out of it with no problems at all. I drive by brail in the rocks and have stopped my truck cold on big rocks at 5mph+ and haven't been able to bend it yet.

If you rockcrawl I would recommend .375 wall. If you don't put alot of heavy shots on your tierod .250 wall would probably be fine. I know alot of people on here run .250 wall and most have not bent them.

My 1.5 inch just shipped yesterday from ORD. I'll let you know once I get it how it is. Kinda pricey with the ends, but I think it will work well with my planned hydro assist.

No experience with rocks, but I know stumps in a cutover will bend a stock one quick.

ORD tie rod ends are the best I have found. I went with their tie rod because I like their ends so much.

Since i see you have a D60 the best tie rod ends to get are the ES2010L and ES2010R. These are Moog numbers and are the shortest ends making for the strongest ends with a 7/8" thread. There are 1" diameter threaded ends but they are longer IIRC which makes them not as strong. You will also need a new tie rod to go along with those ends. Once again, Kert at diy4x makes a quality product and is located in Iowa.
