I have replaced the hinge pins. The door is forward as possible on the hinge. There still is some tight clearance in the upper right section of the door especially.
Pic is just for reference.

Are your fenders installed? Doors are way easier to set up without the fenders on and in your way. I hope that pic is just reference, that door looks like it was closed with a sledgehammer

fenders are off. pic is just for reference. the vehicle was hit some time ago

If it is just a lack of adjustment room, you may be able to slot the hinge holes a bit more to allow more movement.

If the vehicle was hit and the cab tweaked, you will have trouble adjusting. But anything can be fixed.
Is it the same on both sides or just one side?

One side the door jam is tight and the other side the door jam is loose. It is opposite.

So is tight on the side that it was hit?
I am trying to figure how the tweak is to give you the proper fix

It has been hit on both in the left and right fenders on separate occasions.
Can you get me picture of the full door showing the gaps for both sides of the truck.
I want to see where if any the cab was deformed

The tight gap and wide gap is uniform across the length of the door. The gap is between the B pillar edge and door edge.

Are you sure there are no shims between the door and the hinges? Because you could move those to the other side. If you have a gap between the door and the fender, you should be able to just move the door forward. It's unusual to need to slot the hinges out further, but it should work. Are you sure you've loosened the bolts that go from inside the cab out into the hinge?

No shims between the door and hinges. The gap between the front doors and fender is good. The fender is easy to adjust. On the tight door if I move the door forward it will also hit the upper A pillar. There is not much room on the tight door between the B and A pillar.

Something doesn't add up.
If the shape of the door opening is not distorted based on your description of the gaps that means you probably have the door too high if moving it forward hits the A pillar.
Try lowering it to increase the gap there and move it forward as well as the fender.

The other thing to look at is if the lower A pillar area where the door hinges are is slightly twisted inwards, making the hinges closer to the back
