Auto or manual, wiper switch on the column or on the dash, cruise?

Shiat I'll have to find out tomorrow didnt even thing to look when I snapped it.
It seems later model. I'm gonna say the wiper switch should be there, hang on I have a pic if it helps.

looks like non tilt and its from a stick shift truck. hence the little lever tab next to the key to lock the wheel and beable to remove the key

No its definitely tilt is has the level and it tilts. Its not mine but my friends dad said it came from their factory automatic truck unless hes mistaken. Def tilt though you can see the level laying on the seat in the picture.

I've been back and forth there twice to take pictures of it and its not exactly around the corner. The thing is tilt. Wipers on the column.
The money isnt even going to me, not like I'm trying to pass something off for what it isnt.

That column is definately not an auto column but it is a tilt column, you can see the lever in the second pic just at the front edge of the seat.
