tilt front end

a while back i had read where some one had made a tilt front clip . did search couldnt find anything if anyone has photos or info how to would appreciate it. i remeber a camo k5 on here from iowa it had a narrow front end as well. anyone know his web site? thanks

iam looking for more details pictures if possible.i want the whole fender to raise up dont really care to cut the fender in half . id also like to take the wheel wells out to gain acces to the engine, but then i have the problem of water and mud getting all over the motor any suggestions? thanks
