Hey all,

Since my '73 pickup is still down with a busted tranny, I decided to do a refit on the suspension. Planning on the following as soon as the trans is done.

Tuff Country HD EZ ride 56" long 4" lift springs front and rear. Along with the needed parts from DIY4x. Regearing to 4.10. 35 or 36" tires. A 14 bolt rear and converting the D44 front to an eight lug and crossover. Got lucky as the 44 in the truck has the flattop knuckle.

Does anybody have the measurements of where to drill the holes for the crossover or do I just flip the driver's side arm and use that as a guide? Yea I know that the 44 will be living dangerously with tires that size but it doesn't get abused to bad offroad. At last not until I find a D60.

I plan on using 1.5" DOM tubing to build a new draglink and the crossover. Maybe build some other stuff too.

heres the drill pattern:
