time for new carb

No I can't do FI. Ca smog laws.
In general though, heavy vehicles with ~stock final gearing, AT, should use vaccuum secondaries. But for DD duties, I'm only in the primaries. The time I want to open secondaries is on demand, when its undergeared, 4L.
Anybody have experience here?

I've got a carter in the garage you can have when you pick up the 500...

And I have two Holleys, but I have to pass smog in the next couple months. Summit has an obscure replacement carb, but it has mech. secondaries, which sounds perfect when the Burb is half the weight.

Ordered a remanu from JEG'S. That'll be my "dress-up for Smog" carb.
