Time for tires

You know, every trip out I swear my Iroks stick better and better. Im still amazed at how the damn sidewall will grip like no other on rocks. They do initially get chunked up pretty good, but after a few trips out they stop chunking and start gripping like crazy.

I have seen both in action on the rocks. One hill a guy with iroks made it up but a guy with TSL's didnt. The iroks have alot of grip with all the zig zags where as the TSl is more of a pad type tread pattern so there are not as many bitting edges. My next tire will be a irok.

TSL's for sure....more tread life and depth.

one other idea to toss out there... if you want the significant tread void of the Irok, but deeper tread and longer tire life, you could always buy TSLs and groove them yourself. Might be a good compromise...

Just to weigh in here I have had grooved TSL (38" radials) and now own the IROKS and I thought the TSL gripped well the IROKs have taken me wherever I want to go They grab awesome and they mud really well too. My big problem with the IROKs since they are only 13.5 wide they look smaller than they are

if anyone has ever tried the irok, trust me you will never go back to another tirel..

but just for giggles and $h!tz im guna get a tsl for my next tire.

they do not make iroks in 31" wtf? the best tire size left out... therefore i will never have an irok lol

Love my Iroks! They grip in everything, mud, snow, rocks, street As far as tread depth and tire life, I could care less, I want a tire that works plain and simple. I also noticed on mine that the sidewalls are 4 ply, that seems pretty beefy. I would definately buy them again (hopefully a much bigger size than the 36's the next time around) and feel they are probably the best "do everything" tire you can get.

I currently run MTR's but will get IROK's on my next tire purchase. You can't beat the sidewall strength

welp. #1> tsl's are great all around tires. #2> Iroks simply rock in the rocks. (? blink...blink...?) #3> im not married. but the gals thongs is comfy. lol. j/k.

Just got my Irok's for the buggy, they look like they will do VERY well on the rocks and trail.
Also just got 15x38.5 Boggers for the K30. Time to kick some ass in the mud!

i have 36'' iroks and the only complaint i have is theyare to small. go for the iroks.
