Time to build this thing

Hello all, I'm Wayne (aka, PYRO, WC) and I've been lurking, searching and gathering info to get my K5 project moving.
This is what I got,

The first thing I need to deal with is the 700r4 trans is slipping in reverse. I have a TH350 and was wondering if this would be a simple swap. From what I've gathered, they are both 27 spline outputs but will the stock Tcase bolt to a TH350?

I just want to get it driving at this point.

The parts I already have and will be swapping in as time permits are:
*421 SBC on propane
*TH400 w/full manual VB
*203 range box
*Atlas 4.3
*D60 front w/d70 stubs
*14bolt w/discs
*detroits
*52" front springs
*4 link w/ 1/4 Elip rear
*42" TSLs on H1 beadlocks
