So i am recently divorced... Its just me and my dog... I live in a 4 bedroom house with a 2 car garage and plenty of parking. I love my neighbors, its a large corner lot, close to work... All is good right. my back yard is the extension of my garage, and has dirt for floors, kinda sucks... Lately Ive been looking for a smaller house but bigger garage/ shop. Apparently a 1 bedroom shack with a 5 car garage isnt very sought after. but
I came across a GEM i tell ya. I found a house like 3 blocks away from my current house.
Its a 3 bedroom 2 bath, with a 1 car attached garage, all new floors, knock down just done on the wall texture, all new kitchen and bathrooms... beautiful inside... who cares ....
The good
A huge back yard with double wide gates for vehicle access. Where most back fences would start is where the shop starts. The shop then has another back yard completely fenced in with 2 10 foot gates gaining access.
I could probally fit 6 cars inside if i really tried, and there is an office attached :D:D:D
I will be paying the same rent as before 850.. I am totally in love with this house, well the shop/ whole package... It so fits my lifestyle... I will be able to keep all of my current projects inside all the time, and have room for the dirt bikes to stay inside. I own a 77 gmc built for rocks, a 95 gmc daily driver, a 31 plymouth rpu being built, a 41 caddy (not started yet), and a 72 f350 movie production truck/ expedition vehicle... 2 yamaha xt 500s, getting an 02 yzf400 in a couple weeks... I need the space.
I am so stoked about this... Im moving in on feb 1st if all goes well. Ill get pics up soon...

nice that sounds like a sweet pad besides your single now how much time you really gonna spend in the house?:D

and damn, i need to get working again so i can buy a house with a shop (or at least 2 car garage) and some space......

Its no fun when the weather dictates what you get done on your truck that doesn't fit in the garage.....
