I have a 510/510 Crane Cam in a 1976 454 chevy big Block and I need to find the timing settings for it. I have been everywhere on the Net and they have everything BUT the timing settings. Does anyone no of a site that can help me?

The timing when you install it ? Or the ignition timing ?

The ignition timing is gonna vary depending on the rest of the combo . You can run a lot more with aluminum heads than cast iron . Your going to do a little trial and error until you get that where its perfect for you .

The cam timing , yeah you need the specs of that grind number and a degree wheel .

I wonder how many cams with that lift number by Crane . I already knew of the XR276HR , which is dual pattern . But I wonder how many others share that lift , or if its custom shop .
