Just got my Blazer road ready but the throttle is just super tight and sticky so whenever I give it gas it about breaks my wife’s neck, because once if it finally goes it jolts us all back. I can’t seem to find any adjustments. Any help? Thanks guys!

It’s very possible the butterflies/throttle plates in the TBI housing are what’s sticking - get some good ( the kind that is bad for the environment ) carb cleaner and work them back and forth as you clean them.
Not say’n this is your only problem but it’s a good bet to start there.

Could be that
Could be the cable

Separate the cable off the bell crank and see if you can tell which is sticking. Graphite is recommended for the cable. That said, PB blaster should give me a sponsorship

I second the PB Blaster on in the throttle body. First, disconnect the cable and work the throttle shaft by hand. If it is the cable, the shaft will move free.
