tire balancing help!! Update

ok so i took the tires today to a reputable tire shop. they deal in all sizes and lift huge trucks. figured they'd know if anyone. they ran the numbers on em and they came back as 17 yr old tires. manufactured the 42nd week of 1990? i was like holy sh!t. anyhow they couldn't balance them either. they said the tires probably atleast sat for 2 or more years on the truck.
guess it's on to the airsoft pellets.

they're 35-14.50's. gonna try the airsoft pellets
