Tire carrier

When i bought my 91 K5 it came with a Valley swing arm tire carrier attached to the side bed and the tail gate...my only problem is that they removed everything to mount a tire on it. does any one know what is to go there and where to pick up the parts...i have seen them on other k5's but all have the same problem No tire! Pic's to follow

I have visted that site and found nothing on spare tire racks......
