looking at getting new shoes for my suburban

I'm between 2 different ones now

39" baja belteds on 16.5's

or 39.5 swamper sts on 16's

I'd make it poll but I rather have people give thier opinion of the set ups.

main use is daily driver and tow rig.

I'd also think of iroks but i know they are soft.

I would go with the swampers. They will last a while and are less costly than the bajas.

why bajas.... you could go for iroks... those are some of the best. if the sts's are the ones with the weird tread... don't get them... they are known for not having a very aggressive "grippy" tread

My friend had the bajas on his they lastest a long time. the only surface these will be on is pavement and sand.

yeah the sts are the funny tread ones. Theres a lifted silverado here with him, he loves em at the coast.

oh well... the sts's are cheap and they do come in good sizes... i would choose them over the bajas though anyday.

my thoughts on ground hawgs that lastest 10 years... yeah the 70's to the 80's when thier style went out.

I've got claws and I like them...but the Trxus STS's are fairly cheap and for the pavement and sand they are hard to beat.
My 38.5" MT Baja Claws do very well on-road and they are worn out and unbalanced....
