Tire pressure 15/38.5 - 15LT Gumbo Monster

Can someone tell me what kind of tire pressure I should use....It mostly just sits in my driveway and I take it out on the road every once in a while. I don't need to run them low because i'm not doing any getting in the mud right now.......These things are big and i get alot of shake going about 20 mph down the road and wondering if higher pressure or lower would help. Thanks

1st off are they balanced? secondly being that they are bias ply and you sad it sits alot they bias tires get flat spots and smooth out once they warm up

i doubt they are balanced because i can actually see movement back and forth in the wheel going down the road....Anyways is their a good pressure to keep them at?
