Ok i'm lookin to change my tires on my truck.

stayin with 35's i'm just wanting to compare some prices and google keeps giving me the runaround

when i got the lift, wheels and tires put on they sold me a brand new MTZ for $50 cause someone ran it on the wrong size wheel or something and wore a line all the way around. totally cosmetic

I run ProComp A/T's now and they're great but i am lookin for something more aggressive. Just curious as to what other options i could look up and not spend
$900 on 3 tires :doah:

Never really been a fan of those. I mean they work but my friend had bad luck on them wearing and that was on his jeep. About 2K lbs lighter than my truck lol

My friend had them on a Z and hey lasted a couple of years. I think around 25000 or so. Can't remember though

How much you looking to spend

How about the procomp m/t's? You said you liked the a/t's, so?

Pro Comp Extreme A/T. Gotten Good milage out of them 40,000+. Plus More agressive than the A/T.

Hmm i can't find any in my size for the regular M/T's but the T/A KM2's i found were priced at $265.00 each.

I mean i already have the one MTZ and judging by some of them prices on there i may be better off to just buy 3 more :doah:

$284 a tire i found so far. :doah:

I'm such a cheapskate. They all just seem outrageous

I guess when the place told me they'd give me a good deal on wheels and tires they really really did :doah:

Go buy some cooper discover STTs. They look just like the MTZ and they are very well priced. I have them and I love them

What was the price difference for you? (Curious)
I just put 265/75R16 MTZs on my DD and they were cheaper than the STT's, which I thought was strange.

This is the Mickey Thompson MTZ:

And this is the STT:

Similar look, but the MTZs looked much better to me in person.

I agree the mtz looks better but for me re cooper was a bargain. I can't remember the difference. I think I paid 900 for all tires including the mounting balancing etc. Of course this was for a 315/75/16 so the price jumped

Well i'm lookin at 315/75/17 or equivalent 35x12.50-17's so i'm higher
But yes i have to agree that the MTZ's look much better and beefier than the STT's even though i've considered both

The mtz does look great but it depends on the price. The stt is much cheaper here so it's what I went with. I really wanted re irok but it was to far out of my price range haha

I'm gonna check the shop that lifted my truck and see what i can come up. I just hate dealing with people so i figured this'd be easier
