tire size????????

I'm buying tires for my 85 k5 /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif Just wondering whats the largest size i can put in without having anything rub when i turn or take a moderate bump. My truck is stock height.I heard 33's any truth to that?

I have 32's on my stock Jimmy, they dont rub... you could try 33's... they will probably fit /forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

35's if ya don't mind trimming some metal.

I put 33x12.50s on mine without lift, and had to trim just a little off of the rear of the front fenderwells (just the little fang) but if you plan on wheelin hard, you might have to trim more (look at my pics on webshots.com under WRFDfirefighter184).

It just looks tall for some reason, always has. When I first got it, it had 32's on it and it even looked taller against other stockers. The front springs these days have about 1" of negative arch into them, they are so old.
