tire upgrade help

Guys, i am planning to import PITBULL ROCKER TIRE 35X14.5-15C or 37X13.5-15C for my 85 k5 blazer here in the Philippines. Can you give me some inputs on the lift (body/suspension), shock brand/model and height recommendation that i need. do i need to trim the fender after the lift? i prefer the minimum height of lift needed just to be road worthy, im not much into extreme off road just more of my Sunday driver.

If you dont want to trim the fenders, the 35's are a better choice. Otherwise a 4" lift and some trimming should be ok for 37's.
