Tire Vulcanizing

Anyone vulcanizing their own tires? Or know where to get the rubber to vulcanize? My BIL has the machine, but is out of the rubber. I got a full size spare with the set I bought and unfortunately I think I have a tire down on the truck that needs repaired too.

I think he's asking about hot vulcanized, that's what I would suggest
