tire/wheel question

the tires i'm lookin at recommend a rim width of 8.5"-11". afaik, mine are only 8" (i'll check, tonight). it would probably be fine to mount them on these rims, right? would the shop likely refuse to mount it since it's out of manufacturer recommended spec?

the tire is 33x12.5x15 dunlop radial mud rover.

1/2" isn't gonna make a difference. I have a set of 33s mounted on stock GM rally's, looks good IMO.
