right now im running a 4" shackle flip and zero rats in the rear... my question is, should I get 2" springs, and keep the flip, or, just go with 6" springs?

oh yeah, my blazer rarely sees anything but gravel roads/hghway. very minor wheeling.

Are you using the Zero Rates to move the axle? If not, you could always replace the Zero Rates with 3" lift block as a cheap route to get what you are wanting.

I'm definately going to need the zero rates to move the ale if I go the 2inch spring route with the shackle flip. As it sits right now, even the most minor flex and the rear tires are rubbig my quarter panel, because I put them in the middle of the zero rate.

68MS,

A 2" longer rear shackle would give you and extra 1" of lift, and it's super-easy to do.... plus the factory shackles are too short on a flip anyway.

:usaflag:

For six inches of lift in the rear, I'm running DIY4X flip, 4.5" shackles, and 2" springs. I'd take that combo any day over 6" springs for ride quality.

Not running zero rates? 33s or 35" tires? im running 35s.

35s. I'm using DIY4X perches to recenter the axle. No zero rates.
