So my idea is to keep it close to stock looking but need a more aggressive look. What can I get away with on the stock rally wheels and what can I get away with out put lift on the truck or minimal lift so it will still fit in my garage.

If asking tire size I had 33x12.50.15 on mine stock suspension with no rubbing.

You can fit 33s on the street with no rub, though if you wheel it you will rub when flexing and turning. I have heard of people throwing 33/10.50s on the stock wheels with no rub offroad, though 12.50s will rub.

If I go to 12.50 what rim size/off set do I need, Will the stock rims fit 10.50, 11.50 or 12.50

I think a true 33" tire will rub on a stock truck. This being said most 33s do not measure a true 33" tall. I have 33x12.50s that measure 31.8 and they'll rub if I'm turned just right and move the suspension much. A zero rate or an add a leaf will provide the additional clearance for a 33 pretty easily if you wanna be sure.

12.50 is fine on a stock Rally wheel.

Looks like my old Western wheel 15x10's have 4" backspacing . In my opinion you should run 2.5 lift when running 33's. It might still fit in your garage. My old 79 Cheyenne barely fit in the garage , back in the day.

To be safe on a stock rig I would run a 31x10.5

Now on the other hand ( I have never done this so not totally sure it would work), if it were mine and I wasn't doing new leafs I would order some zero rates move the front axle forward and rock 33s.

That's barely a lift:D

I am not against the lift, it just needs to fit in the garage at the end of the day. Unfortunately I have a standard low garage door.....

Even with a 2.5" lift and 33s it should come really close but I think it will fit.

Standard garage door is 7 ft correct?

That's 84"

My Jimmy with a 6" lift and 37s is 83" ( just measured it.

So you should be under 80" with a 2.5" lift and 33s. Which looks awesome imho

Agreed ^^^^

I can drive my Crew with 6" and 33s into my standard garage and it has cab lights. 33s and 2.5" lift will be no problem.

I have 31 10.50 on my stock 91 and the tires look alittle small when they need replacing I would like to go bigger.
