see BDS springs thread. So my idea is to keep it close to stock looking but need a more aggressive look. What can I get away with on the stock rally wheels and what can I get away with out put lift on the truck or minimal lift so it will still fit in my garage.

Yes your stock wheels will work with a 12.50If I go to 12.50 what rim size/off set do I need, Will the stock rims fit 10.50, 11.50 or 12.50
Looks like my old Western wheel 15x10's have 4" backspacing . In my opinion you should run 2.5 lift when running 33's. It might still fit in your garage. My old 79 Cheyenne barely fit in the garage , back in the day.If I go to 12.50 what rim size/off set do I need, Will the stock rims fit 10.50, 11.50 or 12.50

Standard garage door is 7 ft correct?
That's 84"
My Jimmy with a 6" lift and 37s is 83" ( just measured it.
So you should be under 80" with a 2.5" lift and 33s. Which looks awesome imho
