Tires for Dante's Peak Suburban aka Big Red *Offer of Discount by company*

Throw a zero rate or ez inch under the front and run 33's on the stock rims. Should look and work well.

Air shocks in the rear can level you out and provide about an inch of lift on the cheap.

Air shocks are hard on shock mounts. Easier and cheaper to use zero rates.
The front is where any rubbing issues would be.

Yep. I had 33's on my '89 with only minor rubbing up front. All stock 200,000 mile suspension.

Thinking the front will be ok; the back I think needs to come up so it is same.

Being a USGS Suburban, they had to have the rear jacked up and capable of carrying the extra weight for equipment like a laptop... and a camera.

By the time you spend the money on u-bolts and easy inches I wonder if you would be better off with a shackle flip. I think you would be much closer to your final ride height goal. I think the 2.5 inch ord would be a perfect fit.

OK after watching the movie again I concur that it had blocks on it.

Probably didn't have 26 year old saggy springs though.
