Hey guys! So as most of you have seen, I'm set up in a new shop finally! I'm back to making parts again, and although my new shop is significantly smaller than what I'm used to, I now have some additional help so we should be able to get orders fabb'd up and out the door in a timely fashion still.
Thank you to everyone that have been so patient with me over the years, and stayed customers!

Now I need to hear everyone's opinions if you'd be so kind...

I am now registered as CFM Industries, LLC - with a DBA of Totally Naked Automotive. I plan on branching out and making more than just squarebody parts, and even more than just 4x4 stuff. So I really felt the need to have a more "professional" sounding business name as I go after other types of manufacturing jobs.
With that being said - what are people's opinions on the squarebody parts side of business??

1. Do I change everything over to the CFM Industries name and hope that people who know the "TnA" name can still find me -or-
2. Do I keep doing business as TnA here and elsewhere for the squarebody stuff only, and then operate the other parts of my business as CFM Industries -or-
3. Do I advertise as BOTH companies here, and offer customers their choice of logos?

I know which way I'm currently leaning, but after years on this forum (and you guys being the only forum that I would ever even think of posting a question like this) I value all of your opinions greatly.

The name change will be ok here provided you stay active so people see the changeover.

Maybe consider adding a forum signature of “CFM Industries formerly TnA” or similar. Just for a while until folks get used to it.

I agree with the direction this thread is leading you. I’d probably leave a TNA url active that redirects to your new name and site.

Make the communication easy to find, make the change all at once, and stay engaged with advertising/social media.
