I actually designed and constructed brackets like these for the front and rear of the rear springs a few month back I have finished the front and mounted them useing the stock holes drilled to 9/16 and i have a similar design (less fancy) but i also incorperated a hight adjustment aswell and lateral adjustment. I'll try to post pictures later as i can not find them now
