I guess it depends? I have a couple TBI ECM that do not have the Park / Neutral switch. If you have P/N input to the ECM, then YES hook it up. I think the P/N switch need chassis ground. Without knowing which ECM number your using ... it's not easy to guess if you need P/N or not?
