Sounds to me like you've been running the wrong u-joint for some time and this is the result. Look in your local area for a driveline shop and then take him your driveshaft and he can repair that for you but as far as the Yoke goes he would need to see it to determine if the Yoke itself is messed up and what size u-joint it takes.

What year is the blazer and is it stock or have the axles and or Yokes been changed either by you or a previous owner?

well the first time they broke it broke one of the tabs that hold the joint in place so i got one from the j yard and it was bigger

One option for repairing the yoke is the u-joint girdles available from Summit. I have broken the little tab on my 12 bolt, and I now run those to fix the temporary fix that a member here helped me get done. They are relatively cheap, compared to a new yoke that is about $150 from LMC, and still expensive from most driveline shops. Here they are, this is the set I am using on Krusty:

As for the slip yoke, a driveline shop is going to be your best bet, if you can't find a junkyard driveline. Junkyard driveline is probably going to be the lowest cost, also post up here in the wanted section, and you may find someone nearby that has a spare the would be willing to part with.

I have bought a few spicer yokes in the past few months, have yet to pay more than 75.00 for one new..

Your driveline shop should be able to get you one as well.

As for a drive line, the last one i had made all new for a 86 with a slip was 180.00 out the door.

Good luck
