I know people drag the 205 over rocks all the time, and I didn't worry about it in the past but I can just see myself splitting the doubler adapter when I high center. So should I spend some time to add a skid to the 205 or just leave it?

I do have my 205 clocked almost flat.

Yes, cheap insurance. You might be buggering up the bolt heads quite a bit with them exposed like that.

Yah I wanted to get button heads but figure it would be easier to get those out if they do get buggered up. I have an idea for the skid, shouldn't take too long. I was hoping that everyone would say you are fine leave it. Then I wouldn't have to do any work :)

Yah but I'm gonna part this rig out after the next run to start on my new build.

For one run, I wouldn't bother doing it......Of coarse if you have the luck I have....You better skid plate the whole underneath of the truck.

:haha::haha:It would happen the first 10 minutes of the first trail too. I really want to wheel the piss out of this thing as one last hoorah.
I'm thinking just bending some tube frame to frame, then some 3/16" plate. Shouldn't be too hard.
