well my 86 was damn near getting scary to drive any time I hit a tiny bump.. finnaly gave in and started looking at things, seems my tie rod was more bent than I thought..over 3/4 of and inch of toe measurement between the front and back.. I had bran new ball joints, spiocers..and a new steering stabalizer, all that cant have over a 2000 miles so it was easy to find the problem.



now, just under a 1/4 inch and drives like a dream

ok..back to 3 wheel action, just had to share my level of joy

well two days ago I went to meet up for some food in downtown scottsdale, the strech is only 2 miles but has 10 or 15 stop signs and lights..wound up freaking out enough people to make me fix it.. it got so bad I had to pull over or slam the brakes almost everytime I slowed down

but..all is ok and got some 3 wheeling action afterwards tonight

yup, the fact that it was bent so bad is what made the problem I assume

at any rate, im happy and tired, and running out the door to go wheel and trail clean up today..
