Car broke down on the way to south carolina to meet some family and get my driveshaft...its sitting in North Carolina in the town of wilson...any north carolina guys that could help i would appreciate it...i have a trailer but no truck to pull it with...no AAA either...i think the trans blew up in it there was fluid all over the place under the hood...

Sorry to hear about that, man. I hope you find somebody! I'd help if I were up there but, I just drove down to Texas (I am in Houston). Did you post on Carolina K5?
 
Are you sure it didn't just blow a hose? I had one do that before.
The hose blew and sprayed into the fan, so it went every where.

or I've seen it blow out dipstick tube from over heating.
 
Can't help with the car, but I can get your shaft from John on the 16th and give it to you on the way back up on the 17th.

Hey, ya got anything going yet? I'm posting up fer ya over at CarolinaK5.

One thing I'd thought of before was renting a U-haul type van to tow my carhauler if I needed to get my rig home.

i just got it home guys...actually drove it home...i have a code on the car (for a while now)for a convertor...its full of carbon...i think that converoter got hot yesterday and boiled the trans fuild and made it spew out the dipstick...im gonna replace the convertor then its getting traded in...i have had a bunch of problems with this car...thanks alot for the help guys!!!
