Released from Pueblo, told I belong in Southpark
So the other day wife was driving my son's 2014 Jeep Patriot, she rolled the window down and when she went to put it back up it went part way then made bad noises like ice chunks bouncing around in the door, growled and stopped going up. Electric windows.

So when I got home I pulled the window up and held it with duct tape. I could hear the motor, so I ordered a new regulator and motor just in case.

Removing and replacing the door panel was a major pain and time consuming with all the little clips and holders.

Changing the regulator and motor was the easy part. A cable had broken and got all wadded up. I put the new motor in since I was in there.

All back together and works well. Still not a jeep fan.

Door panels….trying to figure out the combination of fasteners without breaking something is fun!

Theres nothing like a new regulator though!
