So I went to the Pull A Part for a 2wd steering box (which i got) but also found me a Dana (not sure which model) 1 ton rear with e-brake discs already. Best part is, it was free to me (dad paid for it but still only cost him $130). Havent had a chance to open it up and check ratio but Im happy with it! Came out of a 2000 Ford E350 van.

Got a pic of the diff cover? Could be a D80 if it was a diesel.

curious, what is the wms on that axle?

It wasnt a diesel and no pics of cover but I do have a good one of the housing. I had to come back to Charlotte this evening but when i get back home (weekend) Ill get more pics, pull the cover, and take some measurements.

I called my Dad and he looked at it and these are the numbers and locations he found. All right and left are as if you are sitting in drivers seat.

Least it's a 60.....

Yep, got back from school and beach last night and found the BOM, 606190 1 looked it up and its a 60 with, s***.:doah: Well its definatly better than the 12 bolt I currently have if for no ther reason than it being full float and having disc brakes. I also measured the WMS 65". I know its going to be weaker than a 14 bolt, but how much? Thank.

All depends on the spline count.

If its not one of the goofy spline counts that 60s came with than they can be stout axles.
