Well, maybe these pics will work....
Got it installed, except for the linkage and a few details. Putting it up without a jack and a helper would be a PITA in my opinion. The splines need to be just right and it helped a lot to have it close and have another set of eyes looking at the angles. We put some punches through the screw holes from the front so we could keep it from rotating while the bolts got started in.

My driveshaft came loose and swung around a bit...
There's a thread about my rear axle falling out. 
This seems like a pretty good setup and no stumbling through boneyards to climb under crappy old Dodges. Did you have to buy a driveshaft with the kit or did you get just the SYE kit? Did you pay a core charge on the modified parts and then send your old ones in when you're done?
It comes as a package deal with the new driveshaft. That didn't bug me since I needed one anyway, and they knew how long to make it based on the measurement from my original 208. And yeah, there's a $400 core charge for the mainshaft and tailhousing.

Yeah, I'm happy with it. I should say though, that I've been in build mode for a long time and haven't really beaten anything up. I struggled with whether to switch to a 205, but that would have been a lot of work and expense in my case, plus the low isn't as low, etc.
