I just wanted to make this known. I know he may not be a sponsor here, but I feel the need to express my satisfaction. I had ordered a NP208 SYE kit from him and had to ship back my speedometer housing and shaft to get a core refund. In the process of returning the core, the USPS decided to mishandle my package and the shaft "liberated" from the box. I've learned my lesson here...
I ended up getting half the core charge back from Tom for the housing, but what I didn't expect from him was a dedicated effort in helping me resolve my insurance dispute with the US postal service. While my dispute is still ongoing, Tom has gone above and beyond what he needed to do in dealing with the post office, saving the "evidence" and dealing with the incompetent idiots at his local post office.
The product was of great quality and in my opinion the customer service was even better.
