That year/model is very hard to find. Sorry I do not have one.

@scoots1967 I have been looking for one also. Seems our best bet is looking in the large trucks (dumps and tow). I have been looking for one, even to borrow, so I can reverse engineer the board. The guy who use to do it passed or something of the sort and no one seemed to pick it up. If you have found any info I have not come across let me know.

I think I’m going to purchase one from OC truck shop a new one hopefully it’s not too flimsy

Hey, while you are at it, would you happen to have the factory steel braided fuel lines that go to/from the back of the TBI down to the frame? Mine are all rubber there.

I have a couple of air cleaners, not sure if they are off of squares or if there is a difference. I might have some lines, I should have tomorrow off and will see if I can dig some out.
