Unless the carriers have been open to rain, it is a good price.
If that is the case, its a good deal.
Look a little rough... I'd pull the covers.

pop diff covers and check drums
Make sure water has not been sitting inside the diff and that the teeth on the gears look okay. As for the drums, just check to see what shape the drums are in and what the shoes look like. Also make sure that the wheel cylinders are not leaking. I would jump all over those for $900.

I paid that much for my combo and the 60 was in pieces. I put it back together with the existing parts except the outers got new bearings and ujoints and the 14FF got a new carrier, locker, and gears to match the front. All in all I got about 1800 in my front and rear. I also do not have discs on the rear.

i ended up completely rebuilding my 14b, and just replaced ujoints, lock outs, gears locker and install kit in the d60, everything else looked good
