Nothing is fried on the spindles. Just grease everywhere.

Does anyone have the part numbers for the seals i will need to put this back together?

Oil Seal National 2801 qty2. $13.99

These fit my '97 14bff, I think they are the same for all years and styles on the 14bff, but not sure. Same number for my '78 14bff that's in my '73.

I did both sides, you only need 1 per side.
