Top 2 bellhousing bolts...what tool do you use?

Those crazy looking things. Pretty descriptive, eh? haha.

Chop off the end of a open-ended wrench. Put a 3/8" hole on the handle part. You can put a ratchet on it or an extension on a ratchet on it. They don't work the best in the world and you aren't going to set any land speed records but they do work. They work mighty nice on header bolts, especially the back two. For some reason, I've lost two 7/16" crow's feet. Kind of a coincidence that it's the most common size of header bolt, eh?
