Top alignment issues

Ok, so passenger side top and passenger door are out of alignment.
It's real tough to open and close the door, and also right at that door corner is where the top is the most off for reinstalling all my bolts. Driverside seems good.
I'm going to try installing a few shims on some of the body mounts, which are all new.
Is there a method to this? Or just one shim at a time on different mounts until things line up?
If I'm the most off by the door striker and top right there should I start with the body mount right behind the seats in the bed?

What is the condition of the hinge pins and bushings ?
Hinges seem good. I played around with different shims today and it's much better. I just added one at a time until my gap went away
